I kindly treated my 40 something year old daughter to breakfast. It was only when she opened up THAT toastie that she found the abomination inside. For the price i was charged that is absolutely disgusting, she told me that there was no taste, 1 side of the bread was not toasted. She said to me and i agreed that this is not how you advertise on your website so unfortunately theres no way of knowing til it arrives. I will not be treating her to anything ever again as the whole situation has put me off spending time with my daughter for the forseeable. shes weird anyways its calm lowkey.

My 78yr old dad kindly treated us to breakfast.only when I opened up this toastie this is what I found. For the price you charge for what you get its absolutely disgusting, no taste 1 side is just bread not toasted. This is not how you advertise on your website so unfortunately you won't know until it arrives. If anyone is thinking of ordering this think again and save your money. Disappointed.

This is a great place for a coffee and catch-up with my friends we try come here once a month and although it can get busy the staff are always very helpful and friendly , since it was the 1st of September I was feeling very autumnal so picked from the new menu I had the Maple Hazel Latte and the Maple Hazelnut Blondie both were absolutely delicious and I would probably order those again .

I love the reward scheme (even though they're upping it from 8 coffees to 10) and the coffee is good albeit a little inconsistent. The sweet treats are better than the saviirity stuff held in the fridges but I can only go here when I've saved up; Costa is pricey.Vegetarian options: The only recommendation I can give for vegans or non-dairy drinkers is remember to ask for non-dairy milk! It should be offered by whoever is serving you as standard, but I often forget to ask for non-animal milk and it's a time waster.

Getting way to pricey £3.55 for a regular latte.

After a rude member of staff at another coffee shop in the brunwick shopping centre made us feel uncomfortable we ventured to costa where I have to compliment the staff as it was overwhelmingly busy but delbt with my order in a timely manor and even offered to bring my order to my table. I had a toastie as did my partner, both served well and well presented. Would visit again.
