We called last minute and they were able to secure a table, when we asked if they are dog friendly he said “of course if they are well behaved” which I think is absolutely the best attitude to take! When we arrived they welcomed us warmly and sat us upstairs, barely a free table in the place but it was such a beautiful vibe! The lovely waitress was knowledgeable on the menu and gave me the best recommendations for garlic mushrooms and the squid ink ravioli, the wait for food was quite long to be fair, but the freshly prepared authentic treats are well worth the wait and she did both advise it might be a wait, it also said so when busy in the menu and she was apologetic about it. I’ll be returning for sure! It’s a must!

We visited here for our 1st year wedding anniversary having visited here on our honeymoon the year previous. We look forward to visiting here whenever we visit and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was wonderful,and the staff were brilliant. It's a shame they were getting some grief from a Karen when we were leaving about some oil being spilt. Ignore the Karen's your staff doesn't need training they need praising well done!

We visited Gianni's to celebrate our son's 13th birthday while away on holiday (he requested somewhere that did 'proper' pizza) The food was exceptional and the staff were all really friendly and attentive. We had booked a table and arrived at 6pm. The restaurant was already busy and stayed that way throughout the time we were there (not a surprise considering how lovely it was!). Despite how busy it was, we were never long waiting for anything! Orders were taken quickly and food was quick to arrive and absolutely delicious! We all had 3 courses and 2 drinks each, we couldn't believe the price when the bill came! We checked it twice because we were convinced they must have missed something off! Brilliant value for money! We will definitely be returning next time we are in Scarborough! Thank you for a wonderful evening! I couldn't pick a fault if my life depended on it! AMAZING!Parking: We arrived just before 6pm on a Wednesday and the car park at the top of the street was free after 6pm. There is street parking too.

Very disappointed at the rude and unhelpful staff. Called here sat 30th September at 8.50pm there were several tables occupied and also several empty tables so not as if they were full. We was told rudely and very abruptly that they were closed and we could not have a table there own website states the business is open till 9.00pm.the staff in question really need to brush up on there customer service skills

Great food, all cooked from fresh. Takes a little longer to get to the table, but you don't mind if it's all made from scratch. The owner and staff are lovely and wonderful. We couldn't fault anything. 5 stars from us ??

We've been here three times now in August 2019,2022 and yesterday in 2023 ... Each time has been excellent service and delicious food. The layout of the resteraunt is really cool with quirky decorations and great music to create a nice and fun environment. . Staff are kind and friendly and the place is clean and tidy.Lots of different options for kids and adults alike and reasonably priced food and drink and some delicious sounding desserts. Quite a few veggie options too so seems like they are accommodated for all dietary requirements

Booked through their website. Shown to the table and ordered. Started with bread and dipping oil, the bread came nice and warm the oil arrived 5-10 minutes later, too late. Main courses were lovely although we had to ask for parmigiana. We were then asked to leave our table as they wanted it back for a larger booking. Had we decided to have sweet, we would have had to have eaten it elsewhere as it was we had to finish our drinks downstairs. Asked for the bill, it never came, we paid at the bar and left....
Absolutely lovely experience. The food was lovely and hot and plenty of it. The staff were lovely. We were told the kitchen was slow but when you're chatting it didn't seem that long. Can highly recommend
