Cheap but Mediocre I'm afraid. I called in for the £2.70 Breakfast deal of muffin plus hot drink. Looked good on offer but taste did not match. Drink also passable but machine made.

How before 9am when people are going to work do you only have 1 person on the the till making the drinks and sandwiches, queue out the door and tweeddale de and tweeddale dumb pottering about doing nothing at all. Also the amount of flys in there is disgusting

As worker for Greggs myself i always find myself comparing shop availability / cleanliness This shop clearly needs more Staff on the counter as its so busy with constant que's out the door The seating area and condiment unit was shocking but with no Staff to clean thats to be expected Visited at lunchtime hardly any sandwich availability and drinks were virtually bare One Staff member Toby stood out from the rest fantastic Customer service very polite and always smiling This is the 3rd time in recent months of being served by Toby and all i can say is credit to the company !

Nothing at all wrong but also nothing impressive here. Pre-made sandwiches and pre-made pizza. Nothing made to order, but this is Greggs, you know it's not 5 star before you go in. Convenience and low prices is what you expect and what you get
