This is the 3rd time now the waiting time nobody in restaurant no cues 25 to 30 minutes and customer service and health and safety shocking!!!

Restaurant was quiet no ques restaurant was clean enough Ordered 2 small items waited 15 minutes but tasted ok . My concern for this place was the very hostile atmosphere and the unprofessional attitude towards customers and staff members by what can only be assumed was the manager He was not very welcoming or friendly and acted Like he was doing us a favour and was bickering loudly with the staff in the kitchen and the whole restaurant heard him say if you don't stay here until 10 you won't have a job as leaving before is gross misconduct Maybe there should be some training desperately needed as this is constructive criticism but really I found it very unprofessional

Not only have I had multiple things within my meal uncooked or just missing altogether, when I tried to tell the staff here they were rude, blunt and unhelpful and it was only when I wanted to speak with who ever was in charge that they reluctantly corrected it.Aside from the terrible food and equally terrible staff, I also over heard how they spoke to a member of staff that had just started there that day "I swear to god if I have to explain this to you once more I'm going to scream" "your taking way too long" it's disgusting and completely uncalled for this person had literally just started that day.Thank god McDonald's is across the road is all I can say.

Ordered online. Only received 4 portions of the 6 fries ordered and no pineapple sticks for the kids meals. The zinger burgers looked like they had been thrown together. The popcorn chicken for the kids meals are tiny and so expensive for what you get.

Staff lovely, really helpful but the smell of the toilets is unbearable, puts you off your food, needs a major revamp fast

Great clean place,has a step in but Juliet went above and beyond to help me to get in with a portable ramp and came to me with an order board,nothing was too much hassle for them,fast service and juliet made me feel like a valued customer as being in a wheelchair some places make you feel unwanted ,went twice while we stayed in ScarboroughWheelchair accessibility: Ask for ramp

Poor service. Staff need retraining, all unable to use ordering system and clueless. Ended up waiting 35 mins for rice box after 3 other customers came 10mins after I ordered and received food 15mins before me. Excuse was 'waiting for the rice to cook' . Shop dirty and wipe tables onto the floor with a dirty cloth. Avoid.

Ordered some food not to long back, the service from all the staff was great and Naomi was very polite. Food tasted great, didn't have a problem with it's quality at all and the venue was tidy and well kept. Overall great place to chill out and have a meal; can't fault it at all!
Food was reheated and not fresh.The service was appalling, staff ignoring front till. Food had missing items, it’s a lottery if you get what you paid for, have to repeatedly ask for sauce, straws, gravy, drinks, multiple times got simplest tasks wrong. 2 tables in use and about 6 covered in food waste. Daytime visit . Never again.

Ordered through online app. Checked in to collect. Shop was packed out. Finally got our number called to be told no food left. Felt sorry for the staff. Had to plead through an online app care page for my £50 refund. Wouldn't go back again to KFC .

The staff were excellent considering the clientele they were putting up with, but the food was disgusting. Worst kfc I've ever eaten the chicken tasted old, tuff and was very dry. The wraps were the same even the tortilla was stale. The fries were the smallest portion I've ever seen, with them being mostly scraps of potato, and the wings tasted like they'd been fried in last months oil! I also ordered 8 and only got 4 but that was a moot point as they'd have only gone in the bin with the others that didn't get eaten. We don't eat often at kfc but thought it was a bullet-proof choice as all they cook is chicken, and how hard is that to get wrong? How wrong we were! Avoid if you don't want to waste your money. It has also made us very sceptical about eating at kfc ever again
