Great staff to say they were so busy.1st time I've ever had my food hot in any Macdonald's.Cleaner was doing a good job too making sure it was kept tidy which is very difficult when some people are quite thoughtless by just leaving their rubbish everywhere.Well done to the staff

Food was usual McDonald's fare, service was ok but the low rating is the fact that the local chav's seem to be permanently hanging around outside on their powered scooters/bikes vaping away and using language I don't think is remotely appropriate when young children are about.

I was approached by a rude security guard I felt that this was very unwelcoming. My girlfriend and friend were told off for Laughing when the security guard seen a vape on the table and assumed that I was vaping in the building which I was not to which she then continued to tell my girlfriend and friend to stop laughing which McDonald’s should be a family environment where people can laugh.

Moving house so 7 people were hungry. Ordered a delivery as we were very busy. The food eventually arrived and what is usually mediocre and at best only just warm enough to eat when you attend the outlet, was virtually cold, soggy chips which WERE cold, burgers luke warm. At nearly £60 for the bill just isn't good.... your form asks which food do you recommend....none of it...never again

Got my order completely wrong I feel absolutely humiliated by the disgusting customer service. I ordered a caramel hot chocolate and got given a coffee *which was vile. Didn't give me my chips until I asked and didn't give me a straw. ?? never coming back again. I am not

Just ordered a mcdelivery that took over 2 hours and counting, your avin a mclaugh. App says allow 15 mins for traffic and told me the driver had to wait for them to prep ? All the food arrived stone cold, absolute joke, service or lack of is not fit for purpose
