We have been coming to this cafe for over 7-10 years, at least once a week , on and off for a lunch of Sausage, Chips eggs and beans. The meals used to be very good , and the staff plentiful and friendly. The meals were good value , and the cafe used to be very popular and busy ,especially in the summer season, but recently its like a ghost town and we are often the only people in there. Unfortunately all of the good staff have moved on to better things and the food now is appalling. We thought we would give it another chance ,after we received raw sausages and a greasy runny egg last week, but this week the sausages were again uncooked, the egg was sliding around the plate in grease and some of the chips had clearly just been heated up. It is such a shame as we have had such lovely meals in here in the past, for many years, but standards have plummeted and we will not be going again. Management need to wake up and sort this out.

Got the chicken strips and mozzarella sticks, both were dry as sticks must have been lying for ages ,even my dog didn't eat them. Shop is big with a good selection.

Various options on ordering - table app, electric order system near till or staff member at tills. We chose to order with a member of staff and all staff were friendly and welcoming. The food came out promptly and tasted great. Definitely what we needed to start the day at a great price. The only let down is it could be cleaner. But if in the area we will come again

Not been for a while. Empty & half empty shelves. Expected shelves to have been stocked for a weekend. Won't be rushing back

Lobe the reduced meats but hard to come across it's like the lottery if you find something decent

Great store with good stock, however understaffed and waiting times reduculous. No staff present at florist section left after 20 minute wait. Loosing business because of it

Utterly dreadful. We called in on Sunday after arriving at our holiday home to stock up for the week. The place was incredibly untidy, badly stocked with no pulling forward whatever. We came back today Tuesday, to get the stuff we missed on Sunday. The place was even worse. I often have a go at our local Sainsbury's in Durham for having empty shelves but this branch of Morrisons is the worst supermarket I have ever seen. Simply stocking the shelves would increase the sales by 20%. It's the entire store not just one or two departments. There is either a huge crisis in staffing or the management needs changing.

So we have been waiting 10 minutes for cutlery to appear after we have asked 3 times. Breakfast is in front of us but can't eat with out knife and fork! The waitress is ignoring me and another customer, then proceeded to turn around and snap at me because I asked politely a 4tg time for cutlery. It's not overly busy here, seats are empty. What's her problem!!Coffee machine broken, leaking and stinks of manure. One guy was forced to use a dirty cup to have a cuppa. Outrageous. I know it's just a supermarket but this is aweful

Nothing special here, just your bog standard Morrisons cafe with not enough staff working (although the ones that’s were were overworked). Food was ok and kids eat free but a few small issues like the tea bags advertised as Yorkshire Gold but only being standard Yorkshire Tea and lots of the tables with dirty pots on.

I usually go there for the a" Fresh Cream Chocolate Sponge Cake" as my wife loves it. It's her favourite.♥?I also do like the service and friendly, cooperative staff there. It also has Morrison's Petrol station where one can self wash car?, vacuum your car, fill air in the tyre (50P/5min), but i missed refilling water into wiper reservoir. I will definitely recommend going there.

Don't usually shop here, pleasantly surprised that all the shelves looked full. Shop was busy but not too bad. Most of the items I wanted were in stock, plenty of staff available.

Visited today.Very helpful staff. Very clean store. However stock levels on pre prepped fresh veg shelfs was sparten with not a lot of choice.Store very cold in areas and the hot counter products that was left out for sale in the brown bags included very dry chicken and rock hard chicken nuggets etc.Was quite disappointed today
