Went here with family for lunch. It was busy but we walked in and got a table without issue. Carvery was very busy but a large selection of meats and veg available. Overall we enjoyed our lunch.

All the staff were welcoming and lovely as usual! We were a little disappointed that there was no fish at all as the fryers were down but this can’t be helped! The food wasn’t as nice as previous visits, some meals were overcooked and were slightly dry and the reduced menu left little to choose

This is a hidden gem. We've driven past it so many times on the way to and from Whitby, but never been inside. Very much recommend it. The carvery is amazing. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is also fantastic. We will be returning for sure.

Very well organised carvery, liked the fact that you get advised by staff when you can get food rather than it just being everyone at the same

Nice atmosphere with friendly helpful staff always willing to go the extra mile for customers. Would recommend the carvery which has a nice selection of vegetables to accompany the meat.

Was okay, had carvery, which was quiet expensive for what it was, frozen aunt Bessie Yorkshire's, burnt potatoes and very dry pork, which was quite hard to swallowAnd there was no communication from the waitressShe came over and asked if the 6 of us were having carvery and said she'll go let the chefs know, we then ordered on the app, then heard nothing,I had to go ask the man at the bar and he said we wait till our number is called to go upWhich we were okay with, would have been nice to get told then when we ordered the food thoughOverall, quite expensive for the area, poor customer service and dry carverywon't be returning for carvery unfortunately even though I liked the building and might try the normal menu

Came here with the family and we all really enjoyed the carvery. Food was good and very reasonably priced, beer was good (can't go too far wrong with Guinness) and the staff were friendly and helpful. Being a large seating area the atmosphere was typical of a family restaurant and the decor looked a little tired. Overall an enjoyable experience.

First time in Scarborough for me and my mates and went here for breakfast. Great value all you can eat breakfast for £7. Probably the best value for money you'll get for a breakfast anywhere in the country. Piled our plates as high as we could with all the full English breakfast staples. The food itself was good quality and brilliant considering the amount we had and what we paid for it. All complemented with friendly helpful staff. A bit out of the way but it has plenty of parking.Well worth a stop by if you're looking for a hearty and filling but cheap breakfast. Considering how much food cost these days, it's great to find a place with such good value for money.
