Worst experience with food at the carousel today. We have been here loads of times before and this is the worst its been. Staff are always lovely, but think the guy at the carvery was new every chance he could he was walking away. Sprouts rock solid gravy watery stuffing not cooked fully gammon very very fatty and roast potatoes so dry. There was only a few things I could finish on my plate left the majority of it.I ordered a refill drink and didn't get told about them not doing Dr pepper anymore but the Morreti was fineDon't think we will be back unfortunately ?

EXTREMELY expensive for the quality and quantity of the 3 meals (1 child & 2 adults!). The waiting time for the food was ridiculous but this wasn't mentioned when ordering or asking how much longer. The food was also over-cooked. Would not recommend or return.

Arrived and told we could choose our table. Placed order. Drinks and main courses arrived. 20 minutes after finishing eating no sign of plates been collected. Waitress told my son desserts were on their way. 20 minutes later still no sign so queried with barmaid. Original waitress came back and said there would be a long delay as they had no team leader. At this point we decided to leave as we had been there for 2 hours. Will not be returning again!!!

We booked premier inn for 3 nights. Idea was to use the restaurant for meals and drinks. The restaurant is cold. We had Christmas lunch which wasn't hot to start and table 5 is next to a window that doesn't shut. So it was freezing. Pigs in blankets under cooked and gravy like water. What i can say the staff are really good and the service was great. Come back a day early because we couldn't eat in the restaurant unless you have thermals on.I use table table in bridlington all the time which is excellent

Totally shambolic service. Ordered drinks and food. Drinks and main course arrived but 20 minutes after finishing eating no attempt had been made to collect plates. My son visited toilet and was asked by waitress if we were waiting for desserts. He said we were and she said they were on their way. Another 20 minutes passed with no sign of them so we asked barmaid. She went and asked and waitress came back saying there would be a long wait as they had no team leader. I went to speak to barmaid and she said she would chase again. After a few moments we decided to leave. Organisations work best when staff work together as a team. To not have the basic staff required to serve food in opening hours is a TOTAL SHAMBLES!!!!!!!!

Visited yesterday (25th Dec), for Christmas Dinner. The food was great, as was the service, even though the restaurant was very busy. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would be very happy to have Christmas Dinner here again next year and also to recommend this restaurant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was lovely, service could improve though as I waited a while for my dessert and it took a long time for them to produce a check so we could pay l.

Ladies from Age UK came for lunch on the 15th.Over 15 people but terrible service (wait time over one and a half hours), then messed up orders.Certain old people in the group had travel arrangements so they could be taken home due to their health and because they had to leave before the meal they were charged. This is unacceptable and I will be speaking to the national news papers about this.Very disappointedMartin Riley

We have been coming here for a number of years as a family over Christmas This year it has returned to its pre covid level of expectations after the last couple of years not being up to standard. Breakfast, Christmas Eve dinner, Christmas Day dinner and Boxing Day dinner all very good! Not a complaint in sight! Staff were plentiful and pleasant. Thank you all.

Felt sorry for the only bar staff member he was great under a lot of pressure, the manager on shift should have got stuck in and helped serve then the wait to be served wouldn't have been 15mins plus! Christmas turkey meal was awful. Sprouts and potatoes rock solid, left most of it.

Went for lunch at 2pm - place was pretty quiet. Ordered a drink and a burger, assuming there would be plenty of time to eat before I had to leave for a meeting at 3pm. Waited, waited and waited until 2:57 when the food finally arrived. It was stone cold and unpalatable. Obviously had no time to send it back, and when I complained to the staff (older man with glasses), his response was simply 'thanks'. Will not be returning.

I come here quite a lot mainly as it's reasonably good value and good location, and I can use blue light card. You have to try the cocktails they are amazing, and really good value. I just say you may have to wait a while for them making but worth it, perhaps just need another staff member to help. We had the Xmas special it was really good value the prawn cocktail was lovely the prawns were not tiny. The festive burger was really nice to. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Lovely time
