Lovely pub with beautiful interior. Smart but comfortable and absolutely immaculate. Lunch was delicious, would definitely go back. It was a miserable day but in Summer I would think the outside terrace would be great.

We watched 4 in a Bed ( TV Program ) and saw how The Farrier wine the award for best B@BWe called in for a coffee and had a look at the menu ( we were hooked ) the staff were 5*+ the quality of food was 5*+ and the building was also 5*+We can truly say we will be returning when we come back up to North Yorkshire in November.I’ve ran a Motorcycle Training Scheme in Sheffield for over 4 decades with over 400 5* reviews and so I recognise the importance of looking after customers.The Farrier deserves all the praise.Mike Barlow.MB Motorcycle Training, Sheffield

Had a fab lunch here. Atmosphere is lovely and considered. Staff super friendly and attentive. We had the truffle mac and cheese and the fish finger sandwich. Would recommend 10/10. Delicious alcohol cocktails available. A lovely outdoors balcony available - would be lovely in a sunny day. Dog friendly section available in the restaurant as well as a room in the B&B.

We have just got home from a wonderful stay at the farrier. The food was fantastic the service was impeccable and the war horse room we stayed in was very luxurious and beautifully done out. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We attended on Sunday 14th January for my sisters 60th. What a wonderful experience ! The food was superb, service was exceptional and the setting is wonderful Would recommend and will return when I am next visiting Scarborough

Absolutely, stunning dining experience. The menu is creative & seasonal. Great value for money for the quality & portion sizes. You won’t go home hungry. All the staff are attentive & helpful. A well oiled machine. The premises are welcoming & very clean with a country feel with a horsey theme. Fabulous eating experience for all occasions.

A truly stunning and unique operation. Always made to feel at home by staff members. The food is innovative and always delicious. Refined British cooking at its best - great produce and well balanced dishes. There are some suprise fusion twists to the menu - today I enjoyed a curried cod starter which had increcible spices and authenticity and a mouth watering Pho for my main! Value for money 100%! The only restaurant worth dining at within a 40mile radius. Make sure you save space for dessert because they are incredibly special - you can expect theatrics and innovation on every dish! You would have to travel to a Michelin restaurant to find a dessert that rivals one from The Farrier. Very happy customer indeed ?

Went along for partner's birthday. The upstairs bar was quite full, but we were given menus quickly. The service was excellent and the food was well-presented and perfectly cooked. The decor and ambience was also spot on. I would thoroughly recommend this place and we will certainly be returning soon.

Picked this place for my husband's 60th birthday after a recommendation....well we weren't disappointed. From th3 moment we walked through the door we were looked after. The place is beautiful!!! The food was exceptional over all 3 courses and cocktails prefect from an extensive menu. Can't recommend highly enough!!!
