It's not perfect but it's affordable and food is great !!!Food is served quickly and hot !If you're ever in selby you would be doing yourself a favour if you found this place !It's of the main street , 2 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle!!!!Parking: The parking is plentiful, but it is pay and display.Wheelchair accessibility: Low step through doorway into the cafe.

Been coming to Abbey cafe for two decades now. Seen it change hands a few times and has always provided Quality food at a good price. Brilliant atmosphere and the owner and local customers will indulge in all the local history of Selby town and its surrounding areas. The Building itself seems very medieval and adds character to its surroundings. Inside is always spotlessly clean and staff are always on hand to take your order, and if you want a buttie to go then you can always order a takeout as well. The best fry up in town and we are never disappointed. Sometimes you might order a breakfast, Dinner or brunch and leave with a friend and a story to tell.
