I have rediscovered McDonald's as a place to take the Grandchildren and the advantage being that they eat everything. A friendly assistant comes round with flags and crowns to wear, wax crayons and colouring sheets they can help themselves to and they can order their own food. Always well staffed and a cheerful, helpful atmosphere. Tasty food with information on calories and nutrition. Very reasonable prices too.Kid-friendliness: Lots for them to do.

Ordered off Uber eats to only received two small drinks no food may i add cost me £20.94 plus delivery called McDonalds for help and they fobbed me off they wasn’t interested at

Dirty, ood look warm. Family of 7, every child was coughing but not covering their mouths. Wondering all around spreading their jerms. Parents didn't like it when I complained to them.

Having recently visited here, I can honestly say that the staff are by far the friendliest I've encountered at any McDonald's restaurant. Joanne was very professional, helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for her.

I regularly visit the Selby mcdonalds and came inside on their 20th anniversary, Joanne looked fabulous she had clearly made a huge effort. nothing was too much for her she was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, she didn't hesitate to fetch my children some flags and colouring things. Just zipped by for a coffee and there was a bit of a mix up. McDonald’s manager handled it quickly, professionally and impeccably. Well done and thank you.
Clean, tidy, staff welcoming and patient when I asked how to use app from my phone in restaurant. Was made aware of new menu editions and best offers. Food packaged well, hot and delivered to table.

After a morning out walking stopped off for a McDonalds via the drive-through. Very busy so when order taken we were asked to park up and it would be brought out to us when ready. Alas, when it finally came the had omitted straws for our milkshakes, serviettes and the tomato ketchup I had asked for. By the time they came with the above it had taken nearly 15 minutes and we had eaten our food as it was going cold. Milkshakes had started melting and started seeping out of the top of the lid.I appreciate it was busy but if care was taken in the first instance then they wouldn’t have to waste time going back for stuff they’d forgotten.

Out of all the macdonalds visited, this is one of the better ones. You get what you get from her with it being fast food. Staff are always friendly and food is always hot. Can be waiting a bit longer than needed sometimes.
