Used to be really, really good but has been getting progressively worse. Really disappointed. Prices up, used to be really good value for money, now may as well just use domino's. Delivery is very hit and miss. If you're trying this place for the first time try a quieter period as quality is poor when busy.

I feel mistreated in the way my delivery has occurred tonight, we first had to follow up the whereabouts of our delivery when it was reaching an hour wait, then once it finally arrived we didn’t even receive our full delivery, with us missing a whole pizza. Nothing was going to be done about our missing food until we rang up AGAIN and requested to have our paid for food which is when they finally admitted to the fact it was left and would be sent on its way. Keeping in mind this only happened after we followed them up about it. This is not the customer service i expect to receive and am utterly appalled at the treatment we have received. Furthermore, once we thought the issues were over and we could finally relax, we opened our bag to find a diabolical box of chicken. I was stunned by how they have even managed to make this tragedy of burnt chicken on the outside and yet almost still alive on the inside. It is no where near edible and I am fairly positive it could be a new discovery of bird, as it most certainly did not resemble any sort of chicken i have seen before. I strongly recommend you do not order any sort of “chicken” labelled item from here. On the bright side the pizza was lovely though and the chips even had real cheese!!

Ordered our £50 takeaway at 640. Pm was told it would be 1 hour finally came at 820 pm and all clap cold chips were shocking all bits and overdone . We l never order again from here.

Used to enjoy pizzas from here however recently the pizzas seems to be lacking enough cheese. I know we are in a cost of living crisis but you can't very well afford skimp on the cheese as it is the main part of the pizza but delivery is always on time .

Very happy with both the pizzas and the service.They arrived on time and hot, but they forgot the free cheese & garlic pizza freebie, however one quick phone call and it was delivered in under 20 mins, great service.

So last night I orded burger and chips and a portion of onion rings, I asked for only salad on the burger, it arrived after 70 minute although I only live round the corner from the shop( normal I would pick up but I had been in the bath so didn't want to get redressed) ,the chips were nice but the burger bun had been coated in some kind of pepped salsa sauce and it was disgusting so it spoilt the burger that went in the bin,the onion rings were burnt so they went in the bin,so in the end it had cust me £8 .50 for chip .as it was after 9pm I couldn't be bothered ringing and complaining I didn't want to wait an hour for replacement, so that it for me ,
This is a great place for u to come in order your food then come out again with your food in less then 15 minutes. The food is really good quality and tastes so good .

1 x Pizza and 1 x chips arrived an hour after we placed telephone order which was OK but slow for a Tuesday night. When we opened pizza it was stone cold so rang and let them know. They said they would resend order. Order arrived promptly minus chips, but driver took all the original order back! We rang back and stated we had been charged £17.40 for pizza and chips and still had no chips. They said they would send chips which arrived shortly afterwards, by this time pizza was going cold. So nearly 2hrs later we eventually got to eat. I also asked why we were charged £2.40 delivery which included a 42p service charge, got no answer. Web site states delivery for barlby as £1.40. Shame there is no customer services or competent manager as the pizza is good. We will not be using them again.

Ordered a Donna kebab the pita bread crumbled in my hands, food arrived tasted of soap worst kebab I have had in 24 years absolute disgrace never will I ever order from them again.You have been warned. Used to be my fav takeaway.
