Tried to order a meal for delivery at 21:15, clearly within their opening hours but had my order refused. This place closes at 21:30 and as any good food establishment (this coming from the former restaurant manager of a 5-star hotel) will know, the staff and chefs alike are available to serve right up until the moment you're closed. NOT 15 MINUTES BEFORE!

Ordered from The Pudding Bowl last night for the first time, and I won’t be ordering from there again. Was left waiting almost 2 hours for delivery, by the time my deserts came I didn’t even really fancy them anymore. Service is poor, called to check where our order was and we were told that they didn’t even have an order under our name, even though we had ordered and paid over an hour prior to that call, after some messing around, they eventually realised that we had infact placed an order with them. And to top it off, when our food finally arrived, the milkshakes had completely melted and were no longer freezing cold, making them much less enjoyable. You don’t expect any of this when you pay over £30 for 3 milkshakes and 2 deserts. Massively overpriced and poor service.

We were told it would be delivered to our bowling lane 1.5hrs later it still hadn’t arrived, went to ask for it it and it had been left in kitchen waiting for us to collect!!! All waffles were freezing cold. Really disappointing. If hot they would of been nice

First time ordering for a treat night. The order was delivered on time which we were pleased with, but overall the products were over priced and we were disappointed. The cookie dough tasted very cheap and was stuck to the box. Definitely not worth £6.50! The Banana milkshake had no flavour at all and was a waste of money. It tasted 'off'. The cheesecake looked and tasted cheap too. It didn't have that homemade quality. We will not be ordering again unfortunately.
