DONT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THESE GUYS THEY HAD ME WAITING 3 HOURS FOR MY FOOD FOR THEN ME TO CALL THEM AND THEY TELL ME ITS BEEN LEFT OUTSIDE ON MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOURS!! THE ATTITUDE ON THE DRIVER AND THE WORKERS WAS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, PLUS THEY WOULDNT EVEN REFUND ANY OF MY MONEY!!!!!

Ordered on foodhub I rang up to make sure the food I was ordering was correct before I did it. They send out the wrong pizza I rang up to complain and they was rude and very argumentive with me would replace the pizza they put fone down. I won't be ordering

I usually have no issues with this restaurant however today has been unbelievable. Placed an order well over 3 hours ago, provided a mobile number to call to chase up, mobile number does not work. Continue to call back their main number to not be answered or decline the call. Once through, just excuse after excuse, no apology, nothing. It’s unacceptable. When eventually brought driver was rude and blamed the day and no apology or anything. Furious

The food from this place is amazing, however their customer service and delivery speed leaves much to be desired. I dl'd the app, and was surprised that every 6th order was free! I thought that was an amazing deal, until I placed that sixth order, which was mysteriously cancelled.Called the shop and they claimed it was the fault of the people who took payment, but it took 5 days to get the refund, all £3 of it, but in the interim, I had lost my "free" meal.

Ordered a delivery @ 7.50 time for delivery was 8.40 now 9.40 and still no food called restaurant to be told was busy and missed my ticket, no apologies not the first time I have had a delivery take a lot longer then stated time

Unclear menu and rude staff ordered cheese on chips and got a box of cheese apparently it's cheese to sprinkle on chips you ordered but the wording was confusing making this more difficult than it needs to be not happy at all

Have used this place for years. But this time they got the order wrong. When I told them, he argued with me down the phone, came to my house to prove he was right. I certainly didn't appreciate that! Best thing was, he was in the wrong. They never corrected the order. Apparently loyalty doesn't mean much nowdays.
