First time in Skipton and unfortunately we were not very impressed with Bizzie Lizzie's. My father ordered the steak and kidney pie which was described as: steak and kidney in gravy served in a bowl with a pastry top. Instead he received a standard shortcrust pie (a bit like a Holland's pie) with a pot of gravy on the side. The pie was very very dry. My father did mention this at the end and it was shrugged off as a mistake when entered into the ordering system but we couldnt see another menu listing for a standard steak and kidney pie. The waiting staff said they could ask their manager to take something off the bill but it was very clear they didn't want to do this and busied themselves picking something up off the floor rather than addressing the issue. The price on the receipt was also more than shown on the menu. My mother ordered a battered fish which looked burnt (it was very dark brown in places and the fish looked quite dry in places). Both parents said the chips were cold and tasteless. I had a veggie burger and that was also cold on arrival. Very expensive for what was actually delivered, would not be keen to return.

Probably the most expensive and smallest portion of chips I’ve ever purchased. Overall they were ok, nothing special, but very over priced for the smallest portion of chips ever!

Ordered food it took 35 mins to cook we ordered 3 jacket potatoes then when food was coming came over and told us there was only 2 potatoes as they had dropped one in fryer , they fineley brought the food and the order was completley wrong , we sent the food back and got are money

Absolutely terrible the food was bland greasy and tasteless it is also very expensive especially when the food is inedible we left more than we ate. I wouldn't recommend going unless you want to have a dodgy stomach steer clear there is a lot better places to eat that aren't as expensiveParking: Can be very busy at peak times and market days
