Yet another price rise ,Costs Coffee Costa plenty! Hard to justify a 50p price rise ,and now I understand that to earn loyalty points for a free drink you will need to purchase 10 drinks! At these increased prices one must be joking. This price rise will deter me from having a coffee in future which is unfortunate but they have ,in my opinion, priced themselves out.

Clean, bright with pleasant staff. The coffee, latte and iced coffee, was very good drunk in comfortable surroundings. Only downside was a management meeting being held in the main customer area.

Popped in for a couple of cappuccinos. Coffee was fantastic as usual ? staff welcoming, polite, and friendly. I've given three stars ? ?? only because we found that the interior, like most Costa cafes these days, was tired ? and needs a refurbishment. All four easy chairs were, lets say, passed their sell by date due to dirt and staining. The tables were clean, yet we had to sit at three before we actually had one that didn't wobble. Get it sorted COSTA....

Hub and i visit our local Bradford Costa Coffee 5 or 6 days a week Staff always friendly and helpful..mostly a good atmosphere when there's no noisy kids running around using it as a Crèche. But just lately has turned into an office for people working on their laptops, sometimes 5 or 6 laptop users and you can't get a comfortable seat, they buy one drink and hog tables for long periods of time. There Should be a time limit for these people.
I've already contacted Costa about my experience as felt was too awful to be ignored.I was served by a lovely girl who was deserted on a busy sunday by her manager However i did witness the young girl been abused and shouted at. The women was also terribly rude to me too.Terrible experience and really upset me.

I wanted to get my birthday cake there last week but the WiFi doesn't work according to the lovely staff, and there is no 4G outside so I could only have coffee, a bit annoying.

Bad drink today usual good but today cold and the customer service is lacking a bit, myself a customer had to help another customer other day to carry their tray as they were disabled that should of been the staff that did that. My drink today was warm when I got it as she added extra cold milk to the drink after heating it then left it while serving another customer, shame as there usually nice hot drinks
