Girl on till talking to what looked like her sister constantly whilst serving me the sister even moved in front of me to talk to her and server was saying she was starving and didn't think she would get a break! Terrible customer service didn't even tell me how much id spent and didnt say thankyou. I commented to her youre customer service needs a vast improvement

Went here for lunch this afternoon with my Mum and Dad. Scampi was lovely but I was very disappointed when I was told that there was no tartare sauce available in the café :(

We loved the Morrison store in Skipton as it had much more variety than our local one at barrow in Furness i.e. really well stocked fish counter, bread counter and hot deli to name but a few.

Great store well laid out and well stocked, great produce as you would expect from Morrisons. The reason for the 3 star rating is a checkout member of staff that served me on my visit was more interested in chatting with a customer she had just served, rather than clearing the queue that had build up on her checkout. This went on for a good 4 minutes, after which she served me and never smiled, never made eye contact, and once I'd paid never passed the receipt to me just pushed it down the checkout packing bay. Bad practice in my book, everyone has a bad day, but that experience was just plain rude. Shame all the other staff a great.

A great facility well located. Loads of parking, fantastic stock levels of good quality produce. Staff were very helpful. No complaints at all.
