Can't comment on food or drinks. I met friends there, it was a really hot day, the Aircon was a plus. For me it was a bit clattery and it seemed to smell of source milk. I'm sensitive to noise and smell so it could just be me.

I ordered a drink and simply asked for no ice and the woman working behind the counter would not comply saying that whatever tiktok hack I’d seen wasn’t right and she’d give me maybe light ice and said I am not allowed no ice , she then gave me an excessive amount of ice even when I tried to explain i struggle sensory wise with ice I was interrupted by her . Other staff are lovely this girl was down right vile

I went into Starbucks today as I had an hour to wait. I asked for a chocolate frappe and a latte. Melody was quite abrubt and threw her weight around. I paid and waited for my drinks. Scarlett was making the drinks and had a fair queue. She was asking how to make a drink so I would say she is new. Anyway... Melody was stood watching her, poor Scarlett was fumbled by the queue and pressure. Said to melody, I'll try to go fasterThen asked melody to take over. Melody then started making the frappe. She just threw it together with no care. Really slap dash. I've worked the Industry most of my working life. This was not good customer service on melody's part. Scarlett on the other hand was lovely.I would have expected to be asked what size latte I wanted. I ended up paying £8.30 for 2 drinks and Had a large cold latte. I won't be returning.

Polite staff. There isn’t always the best choice of items/low stock available in the fridge - I’ve been a few times on separate occasions & it seems to be a common thing I’ve noticed, maybe they just sell out very fast - I also noticed it’s the same on the cakes/cookies section.Coffee is good, staff are very nice.

The staff here are wonderful, the wifi is great once you have it connected, and the vibe is good for sitting with a book, notepad, or laptop and getting work done. Food isn't the best but it's a coffee shop, not an eatery.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a disabled toilet, plenty of space for wheelchairs to be pulled in at tables, and wide doors. Not sure how easy it would be to get inside, or back out alone, as doors are pull and push.Dietary restrictions: Good selection of dairy alternatives and a couple of plant based cakes
Every table had rubbish on it, the floor had clearly not been cleaned for sometime. The front entrance is covered in months worth of Bird poo. We asked the staff to clean are table but they never arrived. By far the worst coffee shop in Skipton.

Brilliant place, dead friendly staff, great coffee and Dog friendly too! When I went in there was a very well behaved Alsatian lying on the floor and a beautiful Weimaraner sitting patiently three seats up. . . No noise, you wouldn't even know they were there, so good to see well behaved dogs welcome in a lovely coffee shop environment.

Coffee was lovely as always. I recommend then caramel macchiato, a caramel frappe or even a fruity icey drink. I never get the food as it is over priced but it does looks very tasty.
