Ordered from here at 11:13 and said it would arrive at 11:45.It didn’t i had to wait for 2 hours for my order, i went to the store and they said it was on the way.It all came cold, disgusting behaviour from the company and the staff were not helpful at all.Will never order from here again.If i could give it no stars i would.

was delivered by uber eats but only was given half a cookie, heavily disappointed i paid for a full one. also ordered a hot pizza slice and it came cold. if i could rate less than 1 i would.

Over 2hour to deliver 2 sandwiches. When arrived could tell been sat there and an absolute mess of a sandwich. Stale seen more life in road kill ..avoid!!!

Always the subway is best. I am a customer from 2008 and had subway in US, INDIA and in UK. But, never had such a bad experience. The team over near need some more experience to prepare the subs.Vegetarian options: Veg subs

It’s inside a shop that’s also a post office and a milkshake counter, queuing isn’t the most obvious. The young guy working on his own was very apologetic about the wait, it wasn’t long and didn’t bother me. Sandwiches were well “packed”. Only 2 meatballs, ie not enough for a sandwich and supervisor wouldn’t allow me to purchase just that even, at a reduced price!

I preordered a delivery at 12 mid day for food to be delivered to my work at 16:30, well within the business times and the order got approved. It gets to 16:25 and I get a notification saying my order was cancelled “sorry we were unable to complete your order in time” I’m absolutely fuming. I work on a country estate with no food outlets around, what am I supposed to do for my tea now? Appalling.

Usually pretty good, but on certain days the foods late and wrong like mine today....yet there is no number too contact the shop so not able to get in contact there for couldn't get the right food

No contact number so I couldn't contact anyone about my delivery which was 3 sandwich short. Discusted is not a comparison to how I feel.
