The staff are all really friendly and lovely and with our purchase we got to pick out a free bar of chocolate.I got a white hot chocolate with whipped cream and cinder toffee which was similar to honeycomb but a bit more chewy, i really enjoyed it. My partner chose the house blend hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows, which he also really enjoyed. They had a big selection of coffees, teas and they also had sundaes and beautiful looking waffles, cakes and brownies. Everything was beautifully displayed and presented. Definetly recommend a visit if you live in or pass through skipton. We will definetly be back to try more! Thank you !

Went in today (02/12) at 16:00 to buy my son a hot chocolate (with the works,) it was full downstairs so asked if we could sit upstairs. I was told it was shut upstairs, though you could see people still sat upstairs on the CCTV. Anyway took my custom elsewhere as they obviously don’t need it.

Came on Saturday for waffles and ice cream, but apparently, they both discontinued now - there is no clear information about it anywhere, even the menu has still fabulous selection of it.You have that information when you place an order, which is kind of too late when you have a bunch of children with you very excited about waffles...Ordered hot chocolate and coffee (and smoothies) as that's only available now.Theoretically, there is a whole fridge for cakes, but at 3 pm, there were only 3 muffins left, so it was not enough for our group.Can't fault the staff, girls are polite with smiles on their faces, but for us, that's not enough.

Came as a group today just to find out the waffles are discontinued (menu not updated and no alternative) and the cake fridge has nothing to offer. Was nice to visit this place from time to time but on that disappointment unlikely to come back and can't recommend this place anymore.Just to comment on response from Owner:The Staff said the waffles are "discontinued", that's not my choice of words. Noone said that all of your waffle machines broke down or are temporarily not available, and yes, there was no interesting alternative available and most of the shelves were empty. Even ice-cream was not available, as we've been told.

My partner and I came here over the weekend and our drinks were amazing (my milkshake was the best I’ve ever had, would definitely recommend!)The service was fantastic- a young man (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) made us feel really welcome and even gave us a free sample of their chocolates, it was so yummy!Such a warm atmosphere and a brilliant experience- we will definitely be back! :)
