It's a Wetherspoons.Customers could be advised on the serving system at the bar. There's no signage there is a queing system, and some staff were surly to Customers expecting them to know the system is in place. We ordered 2 large breakfasts, and it was afterwards we realised we were not provided with the hashbrowns that were supposed to come with them.

Ate here twice. The first time a little disappointed as a few things were not available. However the food we had was very good as was the service. The breakfast was also very good.

A few customers in but spread out over the 5 rooms. This made the actual place look empty. Maybe tape a couple of rooms off when quiet.

The food was well priced, nice decor, good staff, clean toilets, the food wasn't Michelin star but beats macciesParking: There are three places in Skipton, well 4, one above the castle, one at the top of town one by the canal boats long stay, and a short stay at the bus station,

Well, this was the first time I'd been in a 'spoons' in many years. This one didn't disappoint. It was tea-time so was, shall I say, rather busy. And it wasn't a small venue, There were plenty of rooms to choose from. In fact I got lost finding my friends and our table, twice As for the food, it tasted fine. The drinks were too. Service was good. Atmos was noisy, but you could hold a conversation. Overall, I think we would go back ?

We had the turkey Christmas Dinner. It was really nice but they could make it look less obvious that mash came out of a bag. There wasn't much space to walk around tables to bar etc. Really too many crammed in.

Called in on a saturday afternoon for lunch, was very busy & seemed a lack of staff to meet the demand, ordered fish & chips, tasted better than it looked, F&C were hot but peas cold but stll a nice cheap

Food was surprisingly good.Service was dreadful - just had the drinks slammed on the table without a single word uttered - even our young daughter said she how rude was she!!

Nice place in the town centre. The pizza I got was great, and also cheap. I would definitely go again.

Always my go to for a couple of hours when I'm over for drinks. However this time it was freezing inside, the vents above us which were allover the place were shooting cold air out. It was warmer outside. I'm pretty sure a lot of people left because of it. I asked at the bar to turn it off but nobody knew how to.

A really nice Wetherspoons with a good chilled atmosphere. But the majority of the staff really are awful, quite ignorant, painfully slow and more interested in interacting with each rather than their customers. The words "who's next?" should never enter the repertoire of a (good) bar server. Also, off duty managers drinking in the pub and distracting colleagues is very, very unprofessional. Wetherspoons...please address your staff training.

Nice old building again utilised as a pub. Great food and service as usual from this chain. Very busy but well controlled by the staff.
