Food always very good. With it being cold on the terrace, on this occasion we sat inside opposite where the tills are. It was quite noisy due to cutlery being thrown into a bin presumably for washing and loud conversations from staff stood about that area. Don't think they were aware of how much noise they were making !Won't put us off coming back, but we will be sure not to sit there again.

We had a lovely brunch at The Terrace on Sunday morning, 17th March. We were looked after by a lovely young lady called Gabby. She was very efficient and smiley. Nothing was too much trouble. She’s a great asset to your business.

The food was nice, I don't think it lives up to the pricing however. Definitely on the high side. Really nice place to go though, the market is great. Left a little disappointed with the service too, a smile goes a long way is all I'm saying.

It was like a trip back in time, waitress service. We had a cappuccino and a cafetiere with slices of Bakewell tart. Whoever iced the tart had been very heavy handed which made it too sweet. Very busy when we went on Wednesday. Reasonable prices.

Brie and bacon baguette was excellent, chips tasty and service was good too, little bit of a wait but worth
Good food and extremely friendly staff. Nice location with lift access if necessary.

Nice . Huge portions. Bit expensive for a cafe.always busy.popular with locals and tourists.all made fresh to order.not clear if table or counter service bought out wrong side dish.

We’ve been here quite a few times now as a family for lunch. We love eating in their enclosed outdoor space in summer and indoors in winter. Food is always great. Portions are a little on the smaller side and slightly more pricy than other cafes

We had lunch here with friends and it started off well with a very bolshy horrible woman taking the orders little and fat with glasses . The jacket potatoes were disgusting and tasted like they had been cooked yesterday snd warmed up and it cost us £50 for 4 of us . We are just here for the weekend and didn't know better but I'd advise people to find somewhere else
Food was average. Coffee had a weird after taste.
