What an environmental shame to give everyone a disposable cup! Bot even asked if we were staying in.

Very poor service. Bought a coffee and within 1 minute accidentally spilled it everywhere. Felt so bad and clean it all immediately. Was never offered a new coffee or the chance to buy again (as I would have). Line was then round the corner and couldn’t wait again. Come almost daily as I work in the hospital and staff recognise me. Disappointing and won’t come back. Considering it is £4 a coffee and it costs them practically nothing.

I feel this review is needed after having to be in hospital for quite some time, costa rapidly became my little retreat. The guys here have been fantastic showing me kindness and compassion exactly when I needed it Alex, Hayden, Jake are the dream team in my opinion and Natalie has a gorgeous smile ? I almost forgot Kirsty who give me hope and reassurance just when I needed it ?

I have never met a friendlier group of staff. Very jolly and interactive with customers whilst also very efficient in their roles. Whilst waiting i couldn't help but witness how they helped the elderly and parents with children to find seating and bring their purchases to their table. Above and beyond in my eyes. Well done to you all, you know who you are ?Parking: Expensive but thats the hospital trust

Poorly stocked, rude staff (staff and supervisor). They didn’t have a very basic part of their drinks menu available (hot choc) but made no attempt to inform customers until the till end of the very long queue. Then very rude when asked to at least let customers know. Awful customer service and all round very upsetting experience.

Poorly stocked, terrible customer service, rude and surly staff. You would expect they would realise in a hospital setting their customers might need extra friendliness but no, these were the rudest Costa staff I’ve ever come across, including both staff and the supervisor. Was in the hospital for three days and they upset me so much I refused to give them any more business.

Currently here daily atm with my daughter, staff are lovely and helpful nothings a bother, good banter and the coffee not bad either!!

Masks being worn around the chin, not cover mouth. Eating while making customers coffee. Expect better hygiene in a hospital.
I come here with my dad every 2 days as hes staying in hospital, and we both agreed that one of the waiters (male) makes the best drinks, expecially mine ? no offence to the other waiters, we just prefer his. But good services thanks yous lot x

Hours state opening till 4pm on a Sunday. Before visiting my partner today I went to get him a Costa 2.45pm and woman behind counter shouted closed as I walked in. No reason as to why and very rude.
