Stayed here for 3 nights. All the staff were outstanding, Very helpful, professional & very friendly. Hotel & room very clean & tidy throughout. Situated very close to James Cook Hospital which was ideal. Enough Carpark spaces. Thank you all for your support & a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended 5*****Rooms: Very clean room. Wheelchair accessible room. Bathroom ideal for wheelchair user. No issues at all.

Just back from here . So enjoyed it . Bed was comfy , food was good and the staff lovely xWalkability: Easy to walk to The carvery for a meal at night was lovely . Was woken up at night by helicopters going to the nearby hospital but l was impressed

Staying to support family in hospital. Staff couldnt do enough . Room spotless breafast was fresh, cooked to order. Portidge e cellent, again staff went above and beyond. Shout out to lovely lady on reception when we arrived at 830 and the lady on in restraunt. Easy walk to hospital which made it less stressful as could leave car especially as husband in wheelchair and im on crutches. Loads room in the room. Wetroom excellent.
