Good stop off for cycling. We sat outside & easy to keep an eye on the bikes.

Fantastic cafe to visit with good food, service, and fair prices. Visited the cafe today mid distance on a bike ride, enjoyed a tasty hot chocolate, cheese scone and some rocky road sweetness. The staff are friendly, cafe is clean and cosy, and is set in a nice part of the countryside. Thank you for a great service and feed!

Stopped in the old barn coffee shop in Balk today with my cycling friend and we were made to feel very welcome. Our bikes were left in a safe place within sight. I was encouraged to try the Big breakfast roll which was really good and filling and then we were shown the desserts which my friend had two of. The service was quick and very friendly, thank you to Claudia, Katie and Molly. We will return.

We found this little gem of a coffee shop extremely lovely staff and food, so glad that we found it .Wheelchair accessibility: Easy enough for a wheelchair users to get to the table.

Cozy old school café, beatiful landscapes around for hikes and walks. The staff is rude and not looking forward to make anyone happy. The schedules lazy. Closing at 17.00? What about the tea time? The cakes very tasty and really really good coffee.

Amazing cakes, good hot pots of tea and friendly efficient staff! The scones are the best ever! Lovely cafe and really nice decor/setting. Pretty outdoor seating area. They also serve really good local ice cream!

After a lovely walk in beautiful woodland above Bagby, a group of friends and I came to this wonderful establishment for a well-deserved refreshment.A warm welcome from staff and a beautiful setup within a static caravan park.Everything was homemade and at reasonable prices. I had a sausage sandwich and a delicious salted caramel ice cream.I highly recommend this. Visiting is a MUST.
Called in while having a drive in North Yorkshire food was very good and reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly

Called in for coffee while having a weekend away. Cappuccinos were lovely and frothy. Very quiet as it was February. The cakes looked amazing. Pleasant friendly staff ?

The Old Barn Coffee shop Is a beautiful little cafe in Bagby. Lovely views and tasty food.Especially my tuna Mayo Toastie and a black cherry Brymor ice cream. I always like coming here every month and it’s a very independent cafe. Never disappoints. From RyanP.S Coming back next for your homemade soup and Brie, Bacon & Cranberry panini Claire. X

We had a lovely Full English breakfast one morning during our stay at York House Holiday Park. The only negative is that for us it opens a little late for a full day exploring the area. Apart from that it was a good experience, with nice food well presented.
