“What a delightful place to find.
Popped in for a coffee. Walked down the alleyway to the door. There you wait for someone to seat you. After only a few seconds were were taken to a table. We wanted inside. The place is like the tardis from doctor who. It's big inside as well having a nice courtyard.
Ended up ordering a breakfast as well as the coffee. Glad I did . It was fab. Even the tomato was cooked through. So many places can't cook a tomato.
The bacon and everything else was nice and a big plus it's served on a hot plate so it all stays hot.”

“It was a cold Wednesday in May, but the well informed and attentive staff, made it a wonderful lunch, when combined with one of the best seafood menus that I have experience.
Visited again today, in August, waited 11 mins for a table, that's all.
Food and staff were brilliant again.
Back again today to celebrate a birthday, all is still excellent.
Already planning our next visit, and will book a table.”
“Great find very dog friendly and welcoming staff, had full Swamp breakfast which was served with quality produce and cooked to perfection, and my wife had smashed Avocado on toast with Poached eggs with was also well presented and cooked. I rate myself as a bit of a coffee snob and must add the black Americano coffee was excellent.
Will use this cafe on our next visit to Whitby and would highly recommend to anyone visiting.”
