A big shout-out to Sam, trainee manager, for his outstanding service today when we had a problem with our caravan and almost blocked the exit. He dealt with the problem very professionally and was very understanding. Thank you again Sam and all the best for your career.

Usually good service but this morning it was very poor. Petrol pumps blocked off with cones so I parked up and went to ask when they opened, thinking I’m sure they are 24hr service. Doors into the store were locked (05.00hrs so fair enough) so went to the window. The old grey haired guy with glasses definitely saw me stood there but just seemed to ignore me so I politely said ‘excuse me’ wanting to attract his attention from his cakes and biscuits he seemed to be shelving. Thought it was a bit rude so I replicated this by knocking on the window to which he was still ignorant towards me. I then walked back to my car, a little frustrated because I had done a 12hr night shift and travelled home from Nottinghamshire (100 miles). I decided to ring the store and someone answered to say they were open but they had just had a delivery so if I could give them 10 minutes. My reply was, I was the guy who was stood at the window and also knocked on the window and if they would have been polite enough to just tell me that then waiting patiently wouldn’t have been an issue. I reversed into a fuel bay, pulled the nozzle out and placed it into my filler cap hoping it would have been buzzing inside the shop. I’m hoping the gent who wouldn’t come to take my payment will be given some refresher training within customer service.

Thank you George for your great customer service, kindness, and respect shown to me yesterday evening.I love the store and some of the great guys working there and of course the Marks & Sparks is an added bonus. What a great ambassador you are for BP they are lucky to have you on the team.?

So this is defo more of a mini m\\u0026s rather than a petrol station. With twice as many parking spaces than fuel pumps. Nice to see a couple of 150kwh chargers though they will get some use. All good here nice staff, super clean, plenty of choice etc. It's not 100% clear how to get in from the dual carriage way but the entrance appears once you cross the round about

I feel totally embarrassed and can’t go In again now. I mentioned that a toilet I used wasn’t clean. When they checked it they thought it was okay. I wish I’d never mentioned it now as my standard of cleanliness is obviously different from their standards.

Sells some great stuff.

8pm on a Sunday night. Cones out on entrance and exit. Forecourt lights switched off. Guess I won't be getting any fuel then. And I'm on vapours, hope i make it to the next garage

Allegedly is a 24 hour petrol station, very rarely is it open before 6 am...??Had to go elsewhere for fuel on several occasions early morning.

Just been to pick up some food for the evening. Very rude women on the counter said my partner needed to leave as there was a queue outside and that only 6 people were allowed in the shop. Fair enough, however there was no queue when we arrived, the way she spoke to us was very unprofessional. My partner said that there was no need to speak to us in that manner, and the clerks response was "if you have that attitude don't bother coming back". Don't worry neither of us will be returning. If you as a business don't want people in shopping in this lockdown environment, then perhaps a good idea would be to only be sell essential products. Appalling service!

Worst bp throughout uk with stop and go entrance. Queue every time I fuel up as as trade plater when collecting new car from local dealer with no fuel. Today people shopping, 8 in queue outside in rain, 1 person serving, eventually in and queuing behind 4 shoppers. Is it a petrol station or supermarket!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, but it's a fuel station, fuel is a reasonable price, food is over priced.

Great station with top service.

Most expensive petrol station in York. Bp petrol stations at the East and South sides of York are 5p cheaper a litre, don't know how they can justify the high price it's even cheaper in the A64!
