Awful experience in store today first of all they made the cookie and got it completely wrong the colour of the pink is almost white icing isn’t doubled up as requested we came three times waited nearly 2 hours they said they’d give us a double but the underneath is just the old cookie they made and the cookie is burnt. As you can see it got slightly snugged at the bottom because the piping was wrong . One lady was nice other one didn’t have a clue. We are frequent Millie’s cookie buyers from Nottingham and was over the moon there was a store but obviously a bad expirence and will never return to them again . Also just going to upload a photo of the phones they had displayed in the window down below if I can as this is a complete catfish. Also nowhere signed to see what colours

We bought two cookies for our wedding day and due to confusion of ordering it processed as the wrong flavour. After an upset bride to be we asked if it could be changed and without hesitation they were happy to remake our cookies the same day. Very kind and effective service from Macy & Gaz!
