I'm quite shocked to see the amount of negative reviews as the food we got tonight was great.Only complaint is the chicken wings were quite bland, however they were the plain ones.The pizza was bloody marvellous and the jalapeno dough balls were lovely.The website told me my pizza had arrived 5 minutes prior.to it's actual arrival which was weird but when I called up confused the woman explained in a nice way that they're just mega busy on Fridays and the weekend so the system can be finicky.I understood, the driver was very polite, I would definitely go again as it provides a bit of variation from dominos.It's like pizza hut and dominos combined.Also the deals aren't as good as dominos. they are good on paper... but it charges a bit extra for weird things on the website but other than that it's all good.All in all we enjoyed it, would definitely check it out again.

Ordered for delivery, waited well over an hour and a half and many attemps to call the store to see what was going on- no answer. Absolutely awful service and will not be ordering from here in the future, avoid this

Go to Domino's instead, they're much better. Ordered a simple pizza and side which, after 1:45, arrived stone cold. The tracking app showed the driver took only a few minutes to get it here. Tried calling to complain but was instead hung up on. I gave up after the third attempt.

This is the worst Pizza takeaway I have ever ordered. Customer service doesn’t exist, ordered items and paid for which didn’t get delivered, yet refused a refund or to deliver the item. Avoid at all cost.

I am a frequent consumer of Papa Johns food, usually ordering several times a year. Since I moved into the radius of this particular outlet I have been very disappointed.Frequently items I ordered will be missing from the delivery, sometimes by mistake, sometimes because they didn't have the item and decided not to mention it. I would say probably over half of the time any drink you order will not come.At other times they send different items to what you ordered - a particular issue with their vegan offering. Sometimes by mistake, sometimes because they have run out of the vegan version and decided not to mention the substitution. So the "vegan pizza" might actually be the dairy one, or the dairy free ice cream might turn up as the dairy one.The sting is that they do not forewarn you about missing or substituted items and afterwards there is no clear method of recompense - no refund system. You can ring and complain, they make a note, or occasionally send the missing things if they were forgotten by accident. But generally I would have to warn people away - and myself!Vegetarian options: There is a good vegan & vegetarian range of options at Papa Johns Stores. This particular outlet will sometimes send you meat or dairy versions of what you ordered. Not sure if it is a mistake or because they have run out and decided not to warn you.Dietary restrictions: You cannot be confident that if your ordered a particular item because of allergies or dietary restrictions that this is actually what will come - they substitute in other versions without warning.

A warning!!! you may order but there's no guarantee it will arrive, not interested they tell me they gave it to the driver, don't care if I never received it!! No refund, no full order delivered, they couldn't care less. BE WARNED!!! Something has gone very wrong at this branch.
