Papa Johns has really turned it around. Originally when they store opened up a few years back the Pizza was easily the worst of the big three but recently it has been our go to.The pizzas are hot, fresh and on time, they deliver further than anywhere else even though York is small anyway and the staff are friendly.The only downside is the really rubbish sides. Absolutely fantastic food. However the service was absolutely horrendous. We ordered online, I phoned an hour later to see where the food was and they said they didn't have an order come through. We went to the store, showed them the order email and bank transaction, but they still made us order and pay again. Still currently disputing the first payment with the bank.Bloody useless

Use to love papa johns, but last few times its gone downhill, my daughter margarita has hardly any cheese, its like tomato on bread, the toppings are sparse, try not doing so many offers if you can't maintain the quality of the pizzas
