Delivery for the 2nd time late again driver parked outside house 2 mins obviously busy on his phone pizza lukewarm had to go back in to the oven, waste of money yet

Pizza arrived cold. The very rude driver shook his head at me and said I been trying to call you. When a number comes on my phone from Leeds I didn't think it would be domino's in brackley so I didn't answer. The driver needs some customer service training and your number shouldn't be rooted via a call centre in Leeds. This is ridiculous.

Want to preface by saying all drivers that have come so far are lovely and helpful; none of this is their issue. And I debated writing this for a long time but people may as well know about what they get into. There's no point placing an order larger than 1 or 2 items with this branch, because there is something always either missing, or wrong. I've not had a single correct order but since I don't order very often, I hope that the situation gets better, and it doesn't. Food missing altogether and wrong orders are a staple if you're ordering for home delivery. Just not worth it, no matter how good the food might be. I don't know who's in charge, but they've been doing this for years. Very disappointed.EDIT: I have now also gotten in touch with the upper company customer service team after the delivery driver failed to return with the items that were missing that we already paid for.

Order was delivered at 7:30 with a missing item- called up to either get a refund or redelivery and got hung up on when I said what had happened. Rung up again and was told it was being sent to us now. It’s not 9:30 and I have called up numerous times asking what’s going on to be told my delivery driver is 7 minutes away. Waste of time and money.

Such a shame that the girl I just called to complain about my pizza with out of date, shriveled up mushrooms on it and a huge scoop of pizza missing from the middle didn't care about her customers one little bit!! Just decided to try arguing with me that there was nothing wrong with it even though she admitted there was a patch missing out the middle. I would have thought they would have someone answering the phone that actually cares considering the increased competition in the local area. Oh well as you don't want my money, as I said to the rude girl - I will not be ordering again and will go elsewhere in future!!!

They didn’t deliver the complete order. I over reacted as I was hangry. I apologise. They rectified the order and sent a new one out. They were incredibly polite. Would use again. Chris Griffiths

This domino seems to find more reasons not to sell you a pizza. Tred to order several times, but they always find a reason that the sale will not go through. Sad business plan.

Ordered two pizzas and found one had three long hairs baked into it. Tried following up with Domino's but all they've done is refund the order - seem to miss the point of any explanation or investigation as to how it happened or to make sure it doesn't happen again. Shame.

Shockingly bad. Not only did I not get my order, after over an hour, but when I called I was told ‘ yea we don’t really like just eat customers’ do you still want your food? As I’d paid for it, i said yes. 5 minutes later I got a cancellation message. Franchisees should be punished for appalling customer service
