Popped in for 10’s tea, coffee and teacake to share as snack to keep us going. Surprised and fascinated to see the games cupboard and Friday games sessions. No tea cakes ☹️ but decided to ask for single toastie split into two. Nikki gave us a plate each with salad and half toastie!??. Wonderful surprise and delicious small treat with our drinks. It can be so hard to find places with good customer service, but this place takes customer service to the absolute next level. We called last minute to see if they could squeeze us in and we were given a lovely table, perfect for my parents, me, my 4 year old daughter and our little dog. First of all, the lady who greeted us was so warm and friendly. We sat right next to the games and the lady explained how we can use them, making my little girl very happy. My partner and I came across this place totally by accident and what a wonderful find . Tucked away across from the Town Hall and owned by two wonderful Ladies we found the place both immaculate and welcoming . The Menu had a decent variety and was sensibly priced , the Food and the staff were both first class and we can pay it no greater compliment . We look forward to visiting the next time we are in the area
