“We went out of our way to visit the workhouse and it was worth it. A beautiful building from the outside with interior just as lovely. Good coffee, amazing food and the sweet treats we took home with us were 10/10 too. Super quick and polite service despite it being really busy. It’s a shame you can’t book a table as we almost weren’t able to grab one and some parasols or awning to cover the tables outside would be good for rainy days.”

“Nice village pub. Friendly service throughout. All the classic staple dishes plus a few extras. We did like the separate vegan / vegetarian menu.
Good value £32 each for 3 courses and 2 drinks each.”
