The Olive Branch
Community Centre, Spratton Road, NorthamptonThe Staff at The Olive Branch always have a smile and they are volunteers. Nothing is too much trouble and they always make us feel welcome. The Homemade Cakes look delicious and the large Cheese Scones are always eaten by my friends. In the colder weather my friends usually have their soup and I always see someone in there eating a Full English Breakfast at lunchtime.

The Workhouse
35 Spratton Rd, Brixworth, NorthamptonWe’ve been here several times before and always enjoyed the experience. Toasties are great, with a good choice of fillings. Nice coffee too. Just one thing, it’s a dog-friendly place, so if that’s not your thing, you might not like it.

Lamport Swan
Harborough Rd, LamportPersonally for me i would of liked to have given the food 4 1/2 stars only because the carrott, the parsnip and the roasties could of been cooked more, nothing better than a crunchy roast potato, sadly these were not, that being said the belly pork was drop down delicious, cooked long and slow it was amazing. The white chocolate and rhubarb panna cotta had just the right amount of wobble with the richness of the white cocolate and sharpness of the rhubarb. We look forward to a return.
