Ordered a medium pizza and spaghetti carbonara.The spaghetti carbonara was tasteless, like there were no ingredients at all. Not even by adding salt and pepper helped.The medium pizza was a extra-extra-extra small. If this is medium, then as a man, I'm not avarage, but over (my peepee is not big as you can tell).Overall on a "baby meal" I spent 18,60£ for pure disappointment.Tried one, sadly I'll never come back.

Wow... clearly bought the name as this 'pizza' has nothing to do with the previous Figaros. Base tasted old, cheese im not sure was cheese, potentially cheese substitute as almost plastic feel and taste. Will not be using again as the pizza went into the bin uneaten.

Ordered a pizza EXTRA EXTRA thin, and that's what I recieved.. It was absolutely delicious. Also I nipped in yesterday and got a calzone, again very tasty. Been getting pizzas from here since the 80s and glad to say its back on top form once again.. ??

I ordered late, it arrived quickly and was piping hot. It was the vegetarian pasta dish and was absolutely delicious. The driver knocked quietly (which I appreciated as it is late) and was a very good service over all. I would highly recommend figaros to everyone. :)

Great spaghetti Bolognese beautiful lasagne needed bit more meat but can not fault the taste beautiful next time please put more meat in lasagne fully recommend

Ordered on the app paid with card They add on service/card charge.Got confirmation email said 1hr wait for delivery happily waited 1hr.30 rang shop asked where order was at 1st was told no order had been placed for my address, then he found the order and said its on its way, waited another 45mins rang shop several times and no answer got worried shop had taken my money and not delivered food so I drove down to see what was going on. 1 man working there asked for address said its on its way I explained he told me this an hour ago now on the phone and it still hadn't arrived. Man got worked up very quickly said he's working alone lots of people have complained nothing he can do about it. Didn't apologise I asked to cancel and to be refunded he told me to go back tomorrow morning he's to busy to do anything right now. Walked away from me and carried on making pizza didn't speak another word to meBad customer service, rude man, rubbish app

We ordered 4 Cazone's and the ones with meetballs were not up to standard. The meetballs were raw inside. Such a shame as the food from here is usually good.

I ordered 2 pizzas exactly the same and only 1 pizza come and didn't seem cooked enough. I always order from there and they know my order atleast 3 times a week I order and happens ever 2 weeks

Pizza always over cooked/burnt. Made with frozen bases so they tend to go rock hard before you've finished eating. Get what you pay for I guess.

Went back to figaros tonight for the first time in years after a friend had recommended. I collected rather than waiting for delivery. Pizza tasted ok however looking at receipt after I was slightly overcharged ( didn’t get the deal I’d asked for) and also my kids were disappointed as the 4 chicken nugget deal only consisted of 3!

Yummy pizza good prices and good service.Could be improved by allowing us to choose just 1 topping for kids pizzas rather than having to choose 2 as standard.
