I’m still full & that was 5 hours ago ?. AMAZING 1st time visit with family new to Danesholme. Jacket potatoes with chilli con carni, home made chilli coleslaw with salad was scrumptious. Family had Fry ups & little one ordered his own bacon & sausage in a roll too. Portion sizes are huge I’d say. Washed it all down with 2 lovely cups of Yorkshire tea. Warm, friendly & very welcoming family vibe. A big thank you & see you again. X

We went out as a family of seven for Christmas dinner and had a wonderful experience. We were greeted with welcome drinks on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The three-course meal was hot, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout. They were also extremely accommodating with my daughter’s dietary requirements, which we really appreciated. A fantastic experience all round — we will definitely be booking again next year.

Used to go here occasionally a decade ago and loved it. Had my first (two) visits in years after moving back into the area and it’s just as good as I remember. Lovely atmosphere, great prices, the staff are friendly and the food is delicious. It’s also one of very few places you can get a hearty meal for a meat eater and a vegan.

Dietary restrictions: There’s a small, but good vegan menu and a gluten free full fry up

We arrived at Cafe Mozart in Corby to have some lunch. There were plenty of seats, and it was spotless. The menu was great, and I liked that there were a lot of options which I liked. I ordered a cheeseburger, and my partner got the full Scottish breakfast, and both were done to an excellent standard. We love coming here, and we had a lovely time.

Absolutely lovely traditional English country pub in the Northamptonshire countryside. Had a fantastic roast sirloin of Beef dinner today with home made Yorkshire pudding and gravy.
It was Devine.
It was so nice we didn’t have room for a pudding each so shared the home made sticky toffee pudding, it was as good as it looked - fabulous.
It’s a lovely place to visit with a great choice of beers and wines too.

Our first ever visit to A Tasca restaurant was absolutely wonderful! The moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smile and the comforting aroma of freshly cooked dishes. The dish we ordered was a masterpiece — perfectly seasoned, super fresh and tender seafood that melted in our mouth plus delicious house sparkling wine that tasted like summer. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, with soft music that made the whole experience even more special. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly passionate about their food. It felt like a little piece of Portugal right here. I can’t wait to return — highly recommended for an unforgettable experience!

One egg,one sausage, diced ( not grilled tomato),one hash brown, one rasher of bacon. One slice of bread ( toast), no butter.No black pudding or mushroom.

My fiancé and I recently visited Knights Lodge for lunch after first stopping by a few weeks earlier for a soft drink. On that initial visit, we noticed they served food and made a mental note to return — and we’re so glad we did.
The food was absolutely outstanding. We’re usually quite fussy when it comes to eating out, but every single bite exceeded our expectations. My fiancé chose the mixed grill, and I had the hunter’s chicken; both dishes were cooked to perfection and full of flavour.
We’re already looking forward to returning soon to try their Sunday lunch. A big thank you to both the kitchen and bar staff for making us feel so welcome on both visits. We’ll definitely be back again soon.

A wonderful wholesome cafe!
Stopped in to this cafe for a quick bite to eat and a cuppa and it did not disappoint. Service was fab, the gentlemen in there is very friendly and accommodating. Loved my panini however I did have food envy looking at everyones all day breakfasts so definitely need to try that next time. I would have liked semi skimmed milk and I am sure they would have got some for me but other than that everything was fab! Thank you so much for having me ?

We called to book a table, the staff were very professional and kind and offered us a table to arrive ASAP. The service was fast, the food freshly cooked, flavourful. We had 3 different pizzas, the best pizza we've ever had in Corby. My mum had the chicken burger she said it was the best she had in ages. Fish and chips dish was amazing too. Would definitely recommend, you can tell the staff there are making an effort so the customers are satisfied.

Food was absolutely amazing! Went a bit over the top and ordered way too much (as we wanted to try all sorts), but we took home leftovers. Everything was cooked to perfection and brought out hot (not in the spicy way). Chicken just fell apart and sauces were really creamy. Sharing platter for 3 was extremely filling. The gentleman that served us was very friendly and made suggestions of alternative foods (don't really like vegetable curry) which I found thoughtful. There were only the 3 of us in the restaurant at the time so it was quiet with music playing low in background. Place was absolutely spotless! Will definitely be goin back in the New Year.

Service not so good and dodgy. I ordered a Jameson whiskey with an original coke and asked twice if it was definitely an original cola, I was told it was. The lady went somewhere and brought a glass of whiskey. Why didn't she pour that whiskey in front of me behind the bar??? She then added "Original Coke". When I tried this drink, I thought I was going to throw up. Original Coca was definitely not original (I can't drink soda with sweeteners) and the whiskey was definitely not Jameson. I definitely question the competence of the staff behind the bar and I wonder if the owner knows about it.
