Service was quite slow on Saturday around lunchtime. Strangely, a lot of the staff seemed to have gone for lunch and this resulted in a glut of customers waiting for their food.

Now McDonald's is McDonald's almost very similar where you go. But this one is so dominated for uber/just eat and deliver roo getting service for drive thru or walk in can be a nightmare very long waits.There is a little play park for the little ones so that helps keep them occupied

This restaurant is awful, last time visiting for me, consistently poor food quality, not making food to spec, cold, slow service, looks disorganised, staff look confused, lack of anyone caring.Best avoided!!

Ordered through just eat from Corby southern gateway, most of the order missing, guy says ring restaurant, so I do, then the staff member begins arguing with me over phone it's not their problem, I explain I made an order you provide what I pay for, he said that I need to come to the restaurant for the rest of my order and it's not his problem... customers service from Staff here is pathetic.

Absolute joke of a restaurant. 10.20pm and its already closed when I've come here for dinner off a night shift.this is my closest store which is the only reason I come here,always slow service the lowest I've waited at the drive through is 23 mins from ordering!!! Joke of a place.
Food items always missing, fries alway over cooked or under cooked drinks alway soaking bags and yet no one to take responsibility this is a joke and needs addressing the service has go majorly down him form all McDonald’s in the Corby area the staff are not paying attention at all and they clearly do not know how to read and order slip or check and order absolutely messed up I recommend a full retraining of all staff and and a system check to see why these mistakes are happening to thousands of orders. Wake up for god sake
