We visited twice in a short space of time, the first on Christmas Day and then again on New Years Eve. On both occasions the service was superb and the food delicious and very good value for money and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Went to beef eater christmas eve meal was OK had lasagne garlic bread had to pay for chips as extra ,hubby had burger and chips not sure how these meals are £16.99 each wasn't at all worth this amount of money so won't be going back next year expensive for amount of food u

For a work Christmas party it was a poor evening. Non alcoholic drinks incredibly low choices, limited drinks on offer (even cocktails.- apparently not enough staff to make them). Food over cooked and hot pudding sizes very small. Price not great compared to what was was on the plate. The place was full of customers but the staff made you feel like an inconvenience.

We went for the festive dinner at lunch time, after waiting 10 mins to get served (place was empty) we were eventually told that they didn't get delivery of the veggie option. Got offered a halloumi burger instead (one of us is vegan).I expect they would have made more of an effort had it have been turkey that wasn't delivered, but got the impression they really couldn't be bothered.

Took my work colleagues for a Christmas meal. Two of us had to send our food back as it was only just warm. Food came back when everyone els had nearly finished. I had asked for medium steak, the second serving came back raw!!! I wish I could add the picture I took of it to this review!! Asked for the manager and Josh, the so called manager turned up to the table. At this point I was a little annoyed so was very assertive in my conversation with him. He went on to tell me that it wasn’t his fault but his chef!! Great management skills Josh!! At no point did he apologise for the for that fact that the evening had been ruined and at first only offered my food for free. Shocking management skills!! On a plus side the young lady that was our waitress was lovely, I felt extremely sorry for her!!!I ended up agreeing to pay for the drinks but none of the food. Josh couldn’t even be bothered to see us out when leaving but I did see him hiding behind the bar!!Merry Christmas Josh!!!
Very noisy, unruly children allowed to sit on free tables whilst waiting for parents. Food very slow, ridiculous. Food good when it came staff
