I really wish there was a way advertisements were regulated, not everyone wishes to receive your paper advertisements and this is just going straight to the bin. Oftentimes Pizza Hut will constantly send out adverts through the mail when we didn't consent to this and nowadays we can get decent pizza for under a fiver in the supermarkets and Pizza Hut is often over twenty sometimes even thirty pounds for a pizza, the prices are awful and I don't understand how they can get away with this.

So I ordered and payed £21 on Deliveroo for a pizza as I was working till late,It arrived 30mins later the pizza was 4 small slices?! £21?!Pizza Hut finally answered the phone after numerous call attempts at 7pm the following day could hardly speak any English they have refused to help and said there not interested the same with Deliveroo I won’t be ordering from either again I’d suggest you do the same there robbing us !!REPLY:I have reverted back to deliveroo and they too refused to help and said to right a review about it so others can be warned as they have seen the pictures of what was sent out !Reading through your other reviews I think your be getting a visit soon enough ?

Some of my order was missing so I called the branch and they said because I ordered through just eat I had to email them. I'll wait 2-3days for the rest of my dinner I paid for then!

Pizza arrived undercooked and stuck to the box. Not edible. Pizza Hut were not interested when I complained and even sent pictures and a video and their reply was we will tell the manager how important it is to tell the team to check the food. What a joke and What a waste of my money!!

Avoid unless you want to be ill. Just had pizza from this place with the family. The pizza was like rubber wasn’t hot. Felt like it was made yesterday and reheated. Couldn’t eat it. 2 out of 3 of us within an hour was on the toilet. Further complaint has been sent. Not worth £60 treat.

I will never order pizza from you again!!! ? absolutely disappointed, pizza looked over cooked and not very big for nearly £20, just go to Domino's in future?
Went to order for the first time in years after having suffered bad service consistently since around 2005, I noped out again for two reasons:Firstly, it's by far the most expensive pizza place in town despite being renowned for having poor quality - secondly, I have to add them to my takeaway chain boycott having decided to *only* offer drinks with artificial sweeteners and not natural sugar.Aspartame in particular is extraordinarily bad for health, of course far moreso than sugar - I will not ever order from these guys while they push chemical concoctions as suitable drinks for human consumption simply to save a few pennies on their own tax costs. I personally have a severe allergy to Aspartame and Sucralose and have to vigilantly check. For me, there's water here and that's it.

Agree with another comment very greasy, the delivery driver parked across my neighbours drive his music was so loud it was drowning out my TV. A little common sense and courtesy. Just turn it down when you get out mind where you park
