Great food every time. Prices are getting a little high, but everywhere is. Just wish they could decided to accept cards or not. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a big step into the shop, not suitable for a wheelchair.

The food is ok but whatever day or time you go in the service is so slow even if you pre order, more staff or more urgency needed.Two serving, one frying, one taking phone orders.25 minutes for large cod and chips.

We get nothing like this back in Bournemouth, my portion size was huge! Great value for money. Quick service. I certainly will need an extra 15 minutes on the treadmill when I get back to Bournemouth. Thank you.

Chip portions are huge which go perfectly with their Irish Curry Sauce!!! Yum :-)
We had a lovely takeaway last night. The place is meticulously clean. All the staff really friendly and happy to help. A large selectionof food avaliable. Very good value and so very tasty. Looking forward to many return visits.

Third time we've been here but this was the worst ever. We ordered haddock that didn't taste like haddock, the batter was so hard to cut underneath and the mushy peas were awful. Absolutely no taste at all. Very disappointed. Won't be going back.

I ordered large Cod and large Plaice both with chips for my housebound terminally ill brother. He loves you chippy and says its the best in the area.Not this time. I waited 25 minutes which although I realise you cook fresh but so many other people were served fresh food and left long before me. I didn't mind because it was for my brother and we rarely get to see him as we live in Surrey. He said the Plaice was sliced too thin. More shaved than sliced. Disappointing as I paid over £22 for the order.
