The venue and particularly the server who attended us with the table service at table 14 on the night. Was very pleasant and helpful and the food and drinks were excellent.

Carvery was lovely all but the two black (bad inside)roast potatoes that my husband had.The young girl serving us was lovely, however the young lad that served our desserts was a different story. He had cream on his hand from the sundae served and threw it off his hand into the table and walked away. The cream in the sundae had curdled and was sent back. My crumble and custard was served with a soup spoon of which I had to ask for a dessert spoon. Had we had not had a dessert then we could not fault the young girl serving us, but I’m afraid the young lad let our experience down
