“The family really wanted fish and chips and we stumbled across this fantastic pub.

First and foremost, the service was excellent. From the greeting, service to good-bye, everyone we interacted with were lovely. A real credit to the establishment.

The kids and wife ordered fish and chips and I ordered the roast chicken. Everyone was very happy with what they got and had clean plates.

The chicken was moist and delicious. The fish and chips had a lovely thin batter and the tartare sauce was great.

The apricot, banana split and cookie puddings were great and very creative.

Overall, a great pub, with quality food and friendly service. Will definitely visit again when in the area.”
