The Pear Tree Cafe of irchester
8 High St, Irchester, WellingboroughFood was lovely, and lots of it - really, really good value for money. Staff were really nice and took time to make you feel welcome. Customer area was SPOTLESS.The only thing I will say is, as an autistic adult I found the acoustics difficult, I had to use ear buds, however the food, cleanliness and genuine welcome means I will go again, even just for take away.

Delhi Cottage
9 Wollaston Rd, Irchester, WellingboroughAlthough my keema naan was the best I've ever had and my chicken madras was delicious, the service did let it down slightly but not much.Unlike other madrases I have had, this one didn't leave me needing the emergency services and instead was a lovely spiced dish with just the right amount of heat.I will try the jalfrezi next time...... Very impressed.Parking: To make a pick up there is a side street with limited spaces.

The Muntjac
71 High St, Harrold, BedfordThe muntjac is great for two reasons, the Pub and the restaurant. As soon as you enter your greeted with a friendly community in the pub, then in the next room to the side of it you get the restaurant, full of friendly staff and a interesting glass display of a fish tank in old well, the food is decent and the service is moderate, only issue is the toilet hygiene is very neglected, other then that totally go there!
