I was surprised that I couldn't choose a birthday coffee and cake in this Costa, I was told that there is no option to scan my birthday present and if I want I can go to another Costa and use my birthday gift there. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use it.
Usual Costa, but with very helpful and friendly staff member.

Coffee is really good(cappuccino).Staff work hard under pressure and are efficient and friendly. The breakfast deal is reasonable, and I really enjoy the bacon bap. Whilst most competitors have increased their prices, Costa seems very competitive with theirs. As a chain I think they take a lot of beating. Well done Costa.

Slow service jn the drive through. 28 minutes from ordering. What is the issue. Coffee takes 28 seconds too grind if barista making it correctly
This Costa is housed in an impressive building commanding a corner plot. That makes it very easy to find. It has ample parking, tables outside, tables inside and tables in a conservatory. Not bad at all, but best of all is the friendliness of the staff. Well done them!
