Ordered a filet-o-fish and it was terrible. The fish was over cooked and dry, the cheese was about 1/4 the size it should be. There was hardly any tartare sauce and it was hanging off the side of the bun. I went through the drive thru and drove off and stopped off about 3 miles to where I was working to eat. I wasn't going to drive all the way back!! I do have a photo of the fish.

This place is absolutely shocking, every drive through I get they mess the order up. Today I ordered 9 nugget meal and when I get home there is only 6 in the box.

I was really looking forward to a delicious burger, sadly I was disappointed. Far to many questions, did you order online etc. My burger was very overcooked and not at all tasty as per the menus promise.

Ordered a mcflurry Large only to get kids side in large cup. Went back to window the friendly chap at the window kindly and politly got the manager. She come to window I explained it was not the correct size and she said it was fine. I explained that I know a number of managers and use the outlet multiple times a week her attitude was bad I asked for a refund. She walked off. I offered the lad I would move down to next window so he can continue his hard work. When I got to the next window the server continued her orders while the manager did my refund. I asked for the managers name and she refused to give her name. I explained it was so I can take it up with someone else she still refused. I explained I will wait until she does she replied she will call the police..... then I said to the young server if I point my video away so not footage of server will be recorded will she just said aloud the manager the approached the window with a smile and then the manager shouted "millie just say my name is something else" this is not what I expected to hear from a senior member of staff who refused to show her badge. I have attached the receipt for the serious managers to look into..

Good customer service ! After going in several times my app didn’t work so lost points ! When I told Richard when my order came appolgised and said he would sort it ! Including a authorised number so I my next visit I would get 2 free meals which we did no problem really pleased keep up this good customer service !!!
