Apart from my partner's mum who works here the staff are mainly not very pleasant, I shopped here today and wasn't asked for my More card, I forgot to give it too, going to customer service they said they couldn't put it on after, not happy, very pricey too, even Sainsbury's is cheaper for some items. Never busy. Surprised this store hasn't closed down.

Fantastic superstore with excellent fishmongers. The Black Tilapia at the fishmongers is the best, meaty fish. Plus Pomelos are a great alternative fruit.

On return after a bad experience having our meals served cold ! Complain was listen to and free meals & refund was offered ?The staff couldn't do enough to make sure our meals arrive hot on the second visit . Thank you

This Morrisons has seen better days; the shop appears dirty, and unfortunately, my family recently experienced food poisoning. The store manager's attitude was quite arrogant, and the overall atmosphere suggests a decline from its better times. The staff, though, seems overwhelmed, making the shopping experience less enjoyable. The silver lining is the decent salad bar, a lone highlight in an otherwise disappointing visit.

Cooked breakfast was barely warm, cafe and whole shop was freezing cold and ladies toilets were dirty ! I wouldn’t visit again.

Good as usual.great offers but he quick. Wanted the 2 tins of sweets for Xmas, one day 2 for £7, next 2 for £8, Learnt my lesson. But did get my free birthday cookies!Thankyou

It's a nice store with almost everything you could need.
Popped in for breakfast to break up our journey from Suffolk to Worcestershire. It was freezing in the cafe from overhead air con and had to move to another table. I had the full breakfast which was luke warm. My wife had a sausage sandwich which too was like warm. The staff were friendly but I have been put off going to Morrisons for breakfast again. Very disappointed ☹️

The store is now really showing its age with water leaking from above the tills. If you wish to use the deli, meat, fish or pizza counters then good luck. I have given up waiting to get served after 15 minutes on several occasions. I find it amazing that there is no way to summon service. The only plus to the store is the check out staff, Emilia is the main reason I still use this store. The other checkout staff are very good but Emilia is a step ahead.

I came, did some shopping, went for a walk with my granddaughter and today I got a parking ticket. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MORRISONS AGAIN. I advise against it
