It's been open less than an hour on a Sunday morning and it's filthy. No clean tables or chairs. Not one. Was reluctant to sit down but had already ordered. Poached eggs came out hard boiled (solid yolk) on chilled avocado, stone cold toast. Refused to eat but nobody on shift was authorised to give a refund. Even the "clean" tray we picked up at the entrance had food on it, clearly not washed properly. Won't be returning no matter how hungry (and we left hungry which is ridiculous for a cafe)

All 3 coffee machines were broken, so we couldn't have coffee. But told after paying for a cupPaid for a bottle of sparkling water aswell but then told they had sold out.The food was fine for a cheap fry up.

Popped in for breakfast to break up our journey from Suffolk to Worcestershire. It was freezing in the cafe from overhead air con and had to move to another table. I had the full breakfast which was luke warm. My wife had a sausage sandwich which too was like warm. The staff were friendly but I have been put off going to Morrisons for breakfast again. Very disappointed ☹️

Ordered food separately. Mine was delivered in good time but my partner's didn't turn up. He ordered before me (Ham and cheese toasty) and when they dropped mine off (bangers and mash) and took the number we told them we were still waiting for his. 15 minutes later still nothing. We watched the one person up front running food and not taking orders from the long queue forming. Feels like poor management scheduling and no help from other colleagues who we saw walk in and out of the kitchen.

The young girls who cook in the cafe need a bloody medal, they are truly brilliant but can not say the same for the rude cafe manager. I feel so sorry for the girls who work under her she is evil and talks to them like a piece if dirt on the bottom of her shoe

Just bought the toughest, chewiest piece of sirloin steak I have ever had- this one I didn't have as it was simply impossible to eat (cooked as always medium rare).
If you sell the same quality at a lower price than its an offer, but when you sell completely substandard quality at lower price and call it an offer, than its a con. I do not recommend any steak on offer (they had I guess a batch of some really old cows slaughtered and meat being sold as suitable for consumption- NOT). Sad as until recently had only good things to say about Morrisons butchers (used to be best of all major supermarkets). Shame about the product as staff is very friendly, helpful and as polite as ever and can not blame them for what they serve you. Avoid unless you are happy to gamble a better part of £10 for a steak you may not be able to eat.
Buy large vegetable supreme pizza every week. Have complained over the last few weeks about the quality eg. Lack of topping (vegetables). Spoke to assistant manager last week who denied that they were putting less topping on and that it was all weighed accordingly. Went today and the pizza has now increased in price to £4.75 which is an increase of 25p BUT now with even LESS topping. Asked someone from management what was happening and they informed that Head Office had changed the amount of topping. So who is telling LIES!!! RIP off company.

Ordered chicken burger didn’t have it so opted to have the cheese burger instead. Burger came out cold and could of been used as a hockey puck

I was a lorry driver for morrisons a few years ago and had lots of food in lots of the cafes, today I popped in to Kettering morrisons. Had the breakfast and everything thing on the plate was cook as it should be. Who ever was cooking need to pat on the back as its the best I have ever had in a morrisons. I'm a chef with a very good TripAdvisor.
