Ordered via deliveroo, accepted order and payment to our address and then didn’t deliver, had to phone them 3 times with no resolution, had to drive to fetch cold food, no compensation or delivery charge refunded, no one interested in remaking the food that had been prepared for an hour, will never use again

Visits to this site is few and fair between because it is not great! Today not only did the staff not offer any kind of extras in my wife's sandwich but there was 2 hairs toasted into the bread.. Think back!!! We have decided we are never ordering from there again. Staff are there but health and hygiene has gone out the window!!! Shocking!!

Amazing guy behind at the counter, unfortunately didn't catch his name. Totally switched on. Genuinely sincere and patient with the kids, especially with the little one who isn't sure what she wants and done his best to accommodate her by putting her toppings on the side. Couldn't thank him enough for the level of service providedKid-friendliness: Couldn't be better

Had small deal delivered, I asked for extra cheese and got no cheese at all. Sent wrong drink and roll was over toasted. Not going to order again. Very disappointing.

Nice outlet, visited while travelling to the area. Typical subway branch - staff helpful. Floor was clean and tables were cleared away quickly. All options and meal deals were explained and offered. Special needs customers arrived after us and were treated very respectfully and staff waited patiently and spoke clearly and explained then options for the service users who were with supporting staff. Well done subway!!!

This is a great place for a sandwich but I do think cutting a 12inch baguette in half and selling it as a 6 inch sandwich for almost as much as the full baguette feels a little bit of rip off especially as the prices are already quite expensive. Other than that it's all all good

Normally quite decent but this particular visit they made my order, forgot about me and 20 minutes later asked me if I wanted to order. I kicked up a fuss to find out my order was indeed done, but had been sitting on the side as the person asked to do it didn't know who it was for. Just 1 of those restaurant glitches that happens from time to time, however it was very irritating.Sure it was a one off and would happily go there again.
