Very busy. But still had plenty of food for everyone. And they were refilling regularly. Staff very friendly. Would definitely go back as plenty of choice.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Just had a light lunch here today and it is so nice to be able to say that it was a pleasure to eat here and I cannot think of any negative comments. Highly recommended if you want simple, economic, but tasty food, served by excellent staff.

A grubby place. Needs a good clean. Charmless/ rude staff. We were greeted with a loud voice shouting ’this is what we don’t have on the menu!’, very welcoming! And this before we had sat down. Food just average/ bad.

Was served by Gail on a busy Saturday night (23rd Dec) who was lovely and helpful. Rewards are deserved, thank you for making our night special.

My son booked a table for 9 of us for a family get together before Christmas. The "Festive Menu" displayed on our table looks good. When we went to the bar to order our food we were told that Festive Menu items were reserved for those that had preordained them.No mention was made of those at the time of booking the table and nothing to indicate that the Festive menu was not available to all.

20 of us turned up for a pre Christmas meal. The staff were super helpful. The kids enjoyed the play area. We all had fantastic meals. All the 20 plates were completely cleared. The staff could not have been more helpful and ensured that our family had a great visit. We will definitely return for more family celebrations.

Very disappointing with regards to time taken to serve food considering restaurant was virtually empty. Childrens xmas menu had several items unavailable - and what they eventually chose was of a very poor standard. Ie Rudolph burger had no decoration - so it was just a small burger, there was only one piece of sweetcorn not 2 and 2 out of 3 pigs in blankets had no bacon. Had anyone bothered to ask I would have said we weren’t impressed, but we were already late by the time we had eaten, and there was no one visible in the restaurant to speak to as we left.

Great for kids. Gail made an OK visit in terms of food a fantastic experience through her exceptional service. She provided amusing chat and interactions with a variety of customers. She was quick and efficient serving customers. Thanks Gail, you're a doll!!!Kid-friendliness: Very handy soft play on site!

We had pre booked for 7 of us for the festive deal. We went to order to be told there were no mains apart from gourmet fish. We all wanted turkey, what a disappointment. We had to choose off the main menu and they wouldn't give it at the same price. We had booked for 7pm.Want be back.

As they say "it's the little things that count". I walked in and there was a lovely dressed Xmas tree. I was then welcomed in by a very friendly waitress they told me lunch would start in about ten mins. The biggest thing I noticed was how hard the two waitresses worked. They were really flying around making sure every customer was being looked after. I had a burger. The only thing I would say was the bacon was a touch over done. But other than that it was very tasty. A nice place to visit. But it's ultimate thing is the service levels are superb.

Only one problem. The window blind didn't come down enough. Impossible to look in front of the window. Winter sun is so low. Difficult to have chat at a large family meal. Otherwise perfect. Please fix it we love going for family meals. ?

We visited the carvery Sunday 10th December 2023, whilst the carvery was good it was still well overpriced for what was on offer compared with other carveries, the Dessert was very disappointing indeed, several of us had the cadbury Sundae which was half a sundae glass of ice cream and squirty cream from an aerosol can with a few caramel buttons thrown in and a bit of chocolate sauce absolutely not value for the almost £6 we paid and not as the pictures promoted, I certainly would not advise anyone to purchase this dessert. The staff were very helpfull the venue was good, however it was a little cramped on the back row and almost impossible for anyone to get out without the rest of the party moving to let them out.

Was in Kettering for a martial arts course. Popped into the bar afterwards as we were staying at the nearby Premier Inn. Absolutely brilliant service by Gail and the rest of the bar team. Cheers for keeping the Guinness flowing...
