It's cheap & cheerful, good selection of drinks & the menu is standard, perfect for a lunch & dinner..Good variety all round at a nice price.Can't fault the service or the pub..hits the spot .Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options or a couple of fish dishes..Iam vegetarian but occasionally have fish , went for scampi, chips & peas .Service was good everything was catered...Dietary restrictions: On the menu.Kid-friendliness: I don't have any ... so I can't comment.Wheelchair accessibility: One level i think ?

Old pub amazingly cheap for food and drinks they do a mega breakfast for 7.99 which will leave you stuffed. Great price amazing food easy to find loads of parking. Staff are friendly and place is always

Trying to find somewhere nice to have my baby shower on a budget and the peacock really did this! Lovely venue, let me decorate how I wanted, didn’t interfere, Chris the manager is lovely can’t fault him or the other staff! The peacock is a very busy pub on a Saturday with the sports going on, but they did a lovely job of reserving me a big area of the pub which was perfect. Even with all the kids running round!!Great place! I’ll definitely be using again if needed!Thank you so much guys!!

Went for family birthdays meal, staff very helpful and friendly, plenty of choice on menu, very reasonable prices and the food was excellent, new venue now for all future birthday mealsParking: Public carpark behind which is free in the evening

Went in with friends to watch Football and a few drinks. I had the most amazing, and very good value for money, all day breakfast. The staff interact with customers to make this a relaxing and friendly place and I was introduced to some of the regulars during my visit. A real community pub in the heart of the town.

Hi went to the peacocks on the 30th December and a lovely lady called Gemma p was absolutely ? amazing she is a pleasant happy lady with a warm smile I don't come in here much but I will be now I felt very welcome she is amazing she is a credit to the peacocks xx also louise was very helpful pleasant girl so happy and they both do there job really good they are a credit to the peacocks I will be definitely coming back because of them they made me feel very welcome well done girls ur the best xxx
